Carlton A. James is a 21-year U.S. Navy veteran who advanced from enlisted service as an Information Systems Technician to Limited Duty Officer (LDO) — a designation reserved for senior technical experts promoted directly into the officer corps to lead within their own field of expertise. He served honorably across both his enlisted and officer commissions.
He built the entire 25 Alpha platform ecosystem — from infrastructure to governance architecture — beginning January 18, 2026. All intellectual property was developed independently, without venture capital, outside counsel, or co-founders.
Carlton serves as Chief AI Officer, guiding all autonomous systems architecture, governance design, and AI ethics decisions across the organization.
