Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all access and use of 25alpha.ai, X.R.A.Y., and any platform, API, or service licensed by 25 Alpha LLC. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of this AUP.
1. The Algorithm of Trust™ — ARCEB Operational Standards
All autonomous agents deployed on platforms licensed by 25 Alpha LLC operate under the Algorithm of Trust™ — five non-negotiable governance pillars. No configuration, tier, or license overrides these pillars.
Every autonomous decision produces a complete, immutable audit trail retained for a minimum of 7 years. Audit trails cannot be deleted by any principal at any autonomy tier.
Every autonomous action can be reversed within defined windows. No structurally irreversible action may be executed without explicit principal confirmation.
Every action is evaluated against all applicable regulatory frameworks before execution. Compliance is a pre-execution gate, not a post-hoc audit.
Every autonomous decision is communicable in plain language to any authorized principal. No black-box outputs. Every action includes a reasoning chain.
Every agent operates within an inviolable NAICS scope as defined at onboarding. No agent may exceed its authorized domain under any circumstance, including at Tier 4.
2. Autonomy Tier Requirements
All platforms licensed by 25 Alpha LLC must maintain minimum Tier 1 (80/20) autonomy at all times. No platform may ship below this threshold.
Ship Floor — Mandatory minimum. 20% human oversight on escalations and edge cases.
Operating Threshold — Default target for mature agents. 10% human final approvals.
Round 3 Target — Earned. Requires CCS ≥85, zero SENTINEL flags for 90 days, compliance audit pass.
Dangerous Override — Requires explicit dual consent (CEO + CFO), 6-step activation, 7-year immutable log. Hard limits apply regardless of tier.
3. AI Agent Disclosure Requirement
All licensees deploying AI agents powered by 25 Alpha LLC technology must: (a) clearly disclose to end users that they are interacting with an AI agent; (b) display the agent's callsign and zone; (c) make The Algorithm of Trust™ governance pillars accessible to end users on request. No licensee may represent an AI agent as a human.
4. Prohibited Uses
The following uses of 25alpha.ai and any licensed platform are strictly prohibited:
(a) Any use that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation; (b) Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any platform component; (c) Attempting to circumvent authentication, rate limiting, SENTINEL monitoring, or RULES engine enforcement; (d) Using platform AI agents to generate content that is false, defamatory, or intended to deceive; (e) Exceeding assigned NAICS scope on any agent without written authorization; (f) Deploying agents in medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advisory, or crisis intervention without explicit written approval from 25 Alpha LLC; (g) Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling platform access without an executed Enterprise License Agreement; (h) Submitting automated queries to the public demo widget beyond the stated rate limit.
5. SENTINEL Monitoring & Enforcement
All platforms licensed by 25 Alpha LLC are monitored by SENTINEL — a behavioral anomaly detection meta-agent. SENTINEL operates at all autonomy tiers, including Tier 4. SENTINEL may quarantine any agent immediately upon detection of out-of-scope behavior, compliance violations, or anomalous activity. SENTINEL actions are auditable and reversible.
Violations of this AUP may result in: immediate suspension of platform access; termination of the Enterprise License Agreement; referral to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
6. Governing Law & Contact
This AUP is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 25 Alpha LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. For compliance questions or to report violations:
