1. Services

25 Alpha LLC is an enterprise AI licensing authority. We operate 25alpha.ai as a commercial information and licensing inquiry platform. Platform services (X.R.A.Y.) are delivered under separate Enterprise License Agreements.

2. No Binding Contract from Inquiry

Submitting a contact form, licensing inquiry, or demo request on 25alpha.ai does not create a binding contract or obligation on the part of 25 Alpha LLC. A binding agreement requires a fully executed Enterprise License Agreement signed by an authorized officer of 25 Alpha LLC.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, agent frameworks, algorithms, and methodologies — including AISCO, Algorithm of Trust™, and X.R.A.Y. — are proprietary to 25 ACTUAL Holdings LLC and licensed exclusively through 25 Alpha LLC. Technology owned by 25 ACTUAL Holdings LLC. Licensed through 25 Alpha LLC. No use, reproduction, reverse engineering, or derivative work is permitted without a written license.

The trademarks "Intelligence with Intention™," "See Through Everything.™," "Precision. At scale.™," "The Algorithm of Trust™," and "X.R.A.Y." are owned by 25 ACTUAL Holdings LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. AI Agent Disclosure

25 Alpha LLC deploys AI agents on its platforms. All AI agents are fully disclosed automated systems. They are not human representatives. They operate under the Algorithm of Trust™ governance framework and are subject to the AISCO Autonomy Tier Framework. At no autonomy tier do agents exceed their authorized NAICS scope or operate outside the five ARCEB pillars.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use our services to violate any applicable law; (b) attempt to circumvent or reverse-engineer any platform security, authentication, or rate-limiting measure; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from 25alpha.ai without written authorization; (e) impersonate 25 Alpha LLC, its executives, or its AI agents.

6. Demo Widget

The X.R.A.Y. live demo widget on 25alpha.ai is provided for evaluation purposes only. It is rate-limited to 3 queries per session. Outputs are generated by AI and do not constitute legal, financial, or business advice. 25 Alpha LLC makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of demo outputs.

7. Disclaimers

25alpha.ai and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. 25 Alpha LLC does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 25 Alpha LLC disclaims all implied warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 25 Alpha LLC's total liability arising out of or related to your use of 25alpha.ai shall not exceed $100 USD. In no event shall 25 Alpha LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 25 Alpha LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware, or, if jurisdiction is lacking, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
