The architecture speaks for itself.
25 Alpha LLC is a VOSB commercial AI licensing authority. Every platform we operate meets the same infrastructure discipline, credential architecture, and deployment governance standard — enforced in code, documented for review.
Operational maturity, documented.
One region. No exceptions.
Every production workload runs in a single authorized AWS region — us-east-1, Northern Virginia. This is a hard architectural constraint encoded into every deployment pipeline, not a preference that shifts by environment or release. A single-region posture eliminates an entire class of data-residency and sovereignty risk. Federal agencies evaluating a vendor's architecture should ask whether that discipline is documented or discretionary. Ours is documented and enforced automatically.
Every deployment audited before it ships.
Every platform we operate — including this site — passes a four-layer automated compliance scan before any code reaches production. The scan validates infrastructure region, security posture, integration architecture, and brand standards. A violation blocks the deployment. This is not a team lead reviewing a checklist before pushing a release. It is a gate that the code itself cannot bypass. We can provide deployment logs and gate results to procurement reviewers on request.
Secrets centralized. No exceptions.
Every secret in our ecosystem — API keys, database credentials, signing tokens — lives in AWS Secrets Manager as the authoritative record. Nothing is hardcoded in source, stored in committed environment files, or manually entered into third-party dashboards as a primary store. External integrations receive deploy-time synced replicas. IAM policies enforce least-privilege access at the role level. Key rotation is automated.
One audited gateway. No direct calls.
All external integrations — AI inference, communications, payments, identity — route through a single audited adapter layer. No platform in our ecosystem makes direct, unaudited calls to external providers. Every external data exchange is logged, inspectable, and subject to our 7-year retention requirement. This eliminates the shadow-data risk that unaudited SDK calls introduce.
Tenant data stays where you put it.
Tenant data does not move between regions, does not cross tenant boundaries, and does not leave our authorized infrastructure perimeter without a logged, explicit export event. Encryption is AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Every data access event — not just transactions — is written to a 7-year immutable audit trail.
